Sports Highlights of the Summer Term 2007

Girls' Football Tournament 19th April

Rachel: We played five matches all together, drew four and lost one. In the last game we were winning 2-0 at half time, but they pulled back two goals and we could not get the decider. We drew against the school that won.

Ella: It was good at the beginning. We should have won the third game. I was disappointed we lost.

Laura: I played in defence in the first game, but I injured my knee, so I played in goal for the other matches.

Lucy: It was cool. I was midfield. I did not score even though I had lots of chances. Most of them went high. The opposition was good.

Alice D: it was good and really exciting and an afternoon off school!

Jessica: We should have won one of the matches, but otherwise it was a good tournament.
