Daily Equipment Requirements

The following information explains the equipment needed each day by pupils throughout the school.

Please ensure that ALL clothing and equipment is clearly labeled to avoid loss.

Please note: There is NO games or gym kit for pupils to borrow from the office.

Lower School (Nursery to Form 2)

Monday

Swimming - all pupils should bring a towel, regulation swimming costume, armbands read and blown up if needed, a swimming hat in their house colour (available from the school office) and their tracksuit to change into after swimming.

Tuesday

Gym - Form 2.  Pupils need to bring their house T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and plimsolls in a draw string navy bag (available from the school office).

Wednesday

Gym - Nursery, Reception and Form 1.  Pupils need to bring their house T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and plimsolls in a draw string navy bag (available from the school office).

Thursday

Games Form 2. Games kit - House T-shirt, blue shorts, tracksuit, white socks and trainers in draw string navy bag (available from the school office).

Gym Transition. Gym kit - House T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and plimsolls in draw string navy bag (available from school office).

Friday

Games - Transition   Pupils should bring their gym kit as above with their tracksuit as they will be going outside, weather permitting.

Toy Day - all pupils. Pupils may bring in a small inexpensive toy of their own choice, this is for playtime use.  No weapons PLEASE!

Music Lessons - Various music lessons take place during the day, so instruments and music are needed today.  Please ask in the school office if your child requires lessons.

Upper School (Form 3 to Form 6)

Upper School pupils will require writing and maths equipment at school throughout the week.  Please see the uniform list for details.  This will help with their organisation skills that are so vital in later life.  All Upper School will need an old shirt for art lessons also for CDT when using glue.  Please ensure this is at school the whole time.

Form 3 visits to Portswood Library will be arranged.

Monday

Swimming - Forms 3, 4, 5 and 6 should bring a towel, regulation swimming costume, a swimming hat in their house colour (available from the school office) and goggles.

Tuesday

Games - Form 5 and Form 6.  Pupils need to bring trainers (football boots, gum shield and shin pads in season) and sports kit (please see uniform list as boys and girls are different) in their school games bag available from the school office.

Gym - Form 3 and Form 4. Pupils need to bring their house T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and plimsolls in a draw string navy bag (available from the school office).

Thursday

Games - Form 3 and Form 4. Pupils need to bring trainers (football boots, gum shield and shin pads in season) and sports kit (please see uniform list as boys and girls are different) in their school games bag available from the school office.

Gym - Form 5 and Form 6. Pupils need to bring their house T-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and plimsolls in a draw string navy bag (available from the school office).

Friday

Music Lessons - Various music lessons take place during the day, so instruments and music are needed today.  Please ask in the school office if your child requires lessons.

Orchestra rehearsals members will need music and instruments.
